Bio
Coach Biscardi specializes in the jumps and muti-events, and was honored with the Women's Outdoor Track & Field Assistant Coach of the Year at the 2012, 2014, and 2016 NJCAA Division III Track and Field National Championships.
She has served as both head and assistant high jump coach at several track and field camps and clinics for high school athletes. She has also volunteered at local high schools in the area. Over the past 10 years, Lauren has trained and coached with some of the best in the sport.
In college, Biscardi competed for Notre Dame, a NCAA Division I athletic program. Biscardi was Penn Relays Champion, 2-time National Champion and 5-time State Champion in the high jump. She is also the only Suffolk County athlete to be county champion in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump in the same meet.
Biscardi holds her MBA in IT Management from the University at Albany, and is currently an Instructor at Suffolk Community College in the Computer Science Department.
