Interested in playing golf?

If you are interested in trying out for the Golf team at Suffolk please contact Coach Breen at breent@sunysuffolk.edu. You can also find Coach Breen in his office at the Brookhaven Gymnasium on the Ammerman Campus.

Prior to trying-out, you must have medical clearance from your doctor. Physical forms can be picked up in the athletic office or downloaded off the website. You can find these forms by following these steps: on the home page navigate to "Inside Athletics," click on "forms," and print out BOTH physical forms.

These forms must be signed and or stamped by a physician, and handed in prior to trying out.
