SUNY Delhi results
Another strong showing for the swimming and diving team
This meet started with a strong diving presentation by Antonio Barilla. Followed shortly by a very nice victory for the women in the 400 medley relay.
The men's team was able to set a new school record swimming the 400 medley.
The women's team then took second, third, fourth, and fifth in the 200 yard freestyle.
Kevin "Chase" Henry swam a sub 2 minute in the 200 freestyle for the first time on this team. Even though the team was tired we had some more very nice swims Andrew Schaedtler going sub 50 for the first time in the hundred free.
Kyle Sherwood, Samantha Newbeck and Corin Harmon also posted best times in the hundred free. We also set new pool records for Delhi in other events.
The men's team was able to take first place in all but two events. When the dust had settled and the smoke had cleared the men's and women's teams came out victorious of the six schools who competed.
