Langdon (Decathlon) and Assibey-Bonsu (TJ) Compete at Penn Relays
Langdon breaks school record in the decathlon.
Connor Langdon competed in his first decathlon at Penn Relays this week, placing fifth as a Freshman. His score of 5904 points sets a new school record for the Sharks. In the competition Connor placed first in the high jump with a jump of 1.99m (6'6.25") and second in the hurdles running a 15.28.
Micah Assibey-Bonsu placed 12th in the college men's triple jump with a jump of 14.41m (47'3.5"). He was the only community college athlete competing against four-year schools in the competition.
The men's 4x400-meter relay team of Chidisbere Chimezie, Kelvin De Los Santos, Alex Luckoo and Kaashief Morgan ran close to their personal best in strong effort.
