Bio
Paige Palazzolo has an elite playing and coaching background that includes national and international caps. Her playing career is rooted in high-level futsal, representing NY Ecuador Women’s Futsal and competing internationally in Brazil’s Copa Del Mundo for two consecutive summers (2022 and 2023.) She earned her most notable caps with the U.S. Futsal Women’s National Team, starting and playing the full match against the Argentina Women’s National Futsal Team, and was selected as a U.S. Soccer Women’s National Futsal Team ID player. Additionally, she played semi-professionally with Queensboro FC in the USL-W during the 2023 season.
Currently, Palazzolo serves as the Head Coach of the U.S. Women’s National Amputee Soccer Team and Goalkeeper Coach for both the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Amputee Teams. She led the U.S. Women to a historic silver medal finish at the first-ever Women’s Amputee World Cup in November 2024. Under her goalkeeper development, the women’s keeper was named Goalkeeper of the Tournament — a remarkable feat considering she had only begun training as a goalkeeper under Palazzolo’s direction.
Palazzolo is also a Goalkeeper Coach and Evaluator for U.S. Youth Futsal, where she develops and assesses top youth futsal goalkeepers at around the country and at the USYF National Team Tryouts, contributing to the identification and training of international-level players.
On Long Island, she serves in multiple leadership roles:
• Goalkeeper Director at Long Island Soccer Club Academy East.
• Head Goalkeeper Trainer at Long Island Goalkeeper Academy
• Co-Director, Goalkeeper Director, and Head Coach at Long Island Futsal Academy
Previously, she held coaching positions as the Goalkeeper Coach and Assistant Coach at Queens College, and has worked with local clubs including VOB, Stony Brook LGN, Commack Soccer Club, Brentwood Soccer Club, Harborfields Soccer Club, and AS Roma Academy.
